Transforming Education in Norfolk (The TEN Group) has announced that Sue Guest, who has been a Trustee of the Group since May 2013, has been appointed as its new Chairman.
Sue takes over the role from former Mills & Reeve partner Bryony Falkus, who served as TEN Group Chairman for the last 5 years. Bryony had previously served for 9 years as Chairman of City College Norwich.
Sue was an IT and Operations Director at Aviva, where she worked for nearly 20 years. She also worked in London as Operations Director on the Board of Towergate Financial and is currently involved with both local and national charities.
Commenting on her appointment as TEN Group Chairman, Sue Guest said:
“It has been a real privilege to have played a part, as a Trustee, in the development of the TEN Group over the last 5 years.
“Thanks to the incredible hard work of all the staff, the TEN Group is now firmly established.
“I am delighted to have been appointed Chairman and look forward to contributing to the Group’s future success, and most importantly the successes of our students.”
