Chris Hassell

Chris was appointed to the headship of Reepham High School in Norfolk in September 1996. He came from Devon where he was Vice Principal of South Dartmoor Community College which during the seven years he was there grew from being a small 11-16 school into a large and highly successful 11-18 community college. He was appointed by the governors of Reepham to help it make a similar journey. By the time of his retirement in 2011 it had done precisely that.

Alison Cullum

Alison has worked in Primary education in Norfolk for 18 years; specializing initially as an Advanced Skills teacher in English, working with schools in Norfolk and Suffolk. Alison moved onto headship and now has 8 years of experience , first in a small Primary as a teaching head, and currently as Head of an Academy; St Mary's C of E Junior School in Long Stratton. Alison enjoys the opportunities that becoming an academy has afforded her school and is proud of the achievements of all her students and staff in a challenging educational landscape.

Tony Hull

Tony is a Partnership Headteacher in two schools, one being an Academy and a National Support School and a key partner in a Teaching School Alliance. He has a wealth of experience of leading partnerships and in particular leading schools out of Special Measures. He specialises in improving whole school performance and developing school leadership teams.

He has supported a wide range of schools in his roles as a National Leader of Education, Primary Strategy Consultant Leader, Governor, Adviser and mentor to new Headteachers.

Matt J Bagley

Matt is a qualified mechanical engineer with over two decades of experience in many areas of engineering, including the motor-sport and oil & gas industries. Matt spent five years working as manager and key deliverer of STEM-Point Norfolk, a government backed education support organisation, and in 2006 he formed Camouflaged Learning, East Anglia’s premier provider of educational resources and projects.
